Acting with integrity and in compliance with the law within the Alpacem Group, carefully selecting our business partners with a particular focus on their correct behaviour and reacting quickly and decisively in the event of any infringements are part of our foundation for successful business - today and tomorrow.
Correct behaviour ensures success
To ensure this, we have established a compliance management system (CMS) and integrated numerous measures into our corporate processes to monitor compliance with legal and internal requirements. Our CMS is managed centrally by WIG Wietersdorfer Holding GmbH, based in Klagenfurt. As part of our CMS, rules and regulations are created and further developed, our employees receive regular training and compliance with our requirements is continuously monitored in internal and external audits.

The Code of Conduct that applies to the Alpacem Group – as well as to the other companies in the Wietersdorfer Group – sets out the key principles for compliant and ethical behaviour.

Whistleblower System
Compliance with laws, rules and internal regulations is a top priority at Wietersdorfer. We can only protect our company, our employees and our business partners if we act in accordance with the law and with integrity.
Our whistleblower system picks up concrete indications of (potential) misconduct or malpractice in our organisation. This includes, among other things, violations of our Code of Conduct, antitrust law, criminal law or human rights violations. Your information helps us to improve our organisation and minimise risks.
You are free to submit your report anonymously or transparently with your name and contact details. The report will be forwarded to the Compliance Department and the responsible Compliance Ambassador, who will process the information confidentially and reliably.
Your report will be treated with absolute confidentiality. You do not have to fear any negative consequences as a result of your report, provided you have reported in good faith.
Not only employees of our company, but also business partners, customers and other third parties have the opportunity to submit information on violations of the rules.
